Summer 2025 Grant & Loan Dates
Your Financial Aid file has to be complete before you can receive a refund.
Refunds are disbursed weekly (except holidays), based on when your file is completed.
Your grant or loan must be disbursed to your account before you can receive your refund.
Setup your Direct Deposit on your Texan Connect.
This schedule is an estimate of when your funds will be sent. SPC is not responsible for any late charges or overdrafts if the refunds are not delivered on the scheduled date. We highly recommend that you wait until your funds are actually received before you begin spending them.

***Refunds designated for direct deposit will be deposited into student's accounts
on the Monday or Tuesday following the Thursday refund.
*** Students receiving paper checks will need to allow approximately 10 business days
for receipt in the mail.
***Checks will come from Heartland/ECSI, not South Plains College.
